PWM offers our customers 24 hour support, 7 days a week. If your sign is not functioning properly, we recognize you've lost your ability to communication with the market you serve.
We work with a national network of local sign companies in two different ways to get your sign operational quickly:
• PWM offers sign kits to the companies responsible for your sign maintenance.
This ensures they have the most common spare parts and can readily
make any repairs.
• For those companies electing not to purchase sign kits,
we offer FedEx delivery on part the next day.
PWM's goal is to ensure your sign is up and operational as soon as possible.
Warranty:
PWM offers a standard warrant of two years on parts, with the option of two years of field labor. In addition PWM offers extended warranties for five years parts, with the options of shop labor or field labor
