From the development and production of electromagnetic coils, via automobile

History

Traditional family company, high-tech specialist and global market leader in electronic price signs for the gas station market.

For six generations, the Krawinkel family has successfully merged traditional production techniques, state-of-the-art technology and creative innovative spirit.

The result has been groundbreaking product innovations for the evolving market requirements. For example: product innovations for the automobile industries since the 1920s, such as electromagnetic coils and automobile immobilizer systems. Or ultramodern neon advertising systems in the 1960s.

After 25 years of experience and success with electronic neon advertising systems, PWM was the first manufacturer in 1984 to create a new generation of price signs for the gas station market, which enabled electronic input of up-to-date price information.

As a result of the latest development, the profitboard was at the starting posts for continuous “enlightened” communication service.

The long-established yet pioneering technology company is now led by father and son.
